The score was tied at the end but one of the teams was given a technical foul after time finished, which set up a free throw for one point. A technical foul is basically a foul for something that did not happen in the actual playing of the game. Even members of the crowd can get a technical foul called on them. Usually it's unsportsmanlike conduct, like a coach melting down at a ref or something like that.

So when regulation ended, the teams were tied, but the one team then got a free throw. But since they were tied at the end of regulation, OT still happened.

This is my understanding of what occurred.

My understanding (ie - some poo poo I read somewhere) is that given the two free throw penalty for a technical foul in NCAA games - it's possible for a team to lose win the game.

Final score 80-79 at end of regulation. "Winnging" coach gets a technical as above for some reason. "Losing" team proceeds to make two free throws and wins the game.

I have no idea if that's actually what would happen.

This makes me so uncomfortable for reasons I cannot describe

I have watched this thing a dozen times today and I laugh every time. I have never felt more confused about WTF Gen-Z is doing. But yeah.

There has to have been a guy named Watts that wound up on second base at some point but I can't find it on Google.

21 doubles, and even played 2nd for any "the bit was about fielding positions" purists.

King surely poo poo hammered his sense of smell into oblivion 40+ year ago via massive coke use. He doesn't know or give a poo poo what salmon in a microwave smells like.

Genuine question: What breed is this? That's a beautiful pup.

Looks kinda Pharaoh Hound but not sure at all. Color seems odd.

Edit: there you go. Some other cool 90% ear breed.
