I mean the game of football is okay, nothing really wrong with it. But trying to watch football is the worst thing ever. 3 hours of commercials with periodic breaks where they show football being played? Why have we allowed this to happen in America?

Why have we allowed this to happen in America? lol you're missing out the "with friends" part, that's why. the game itself is interesting but the real meat and potatoes of why its so popular is because you are watching the games with your friends when you go over to "watch the game" it implies that you're gonna hang out and drink beer and eat nachos. after a couple of hours we always end up breaking out some video games or something as well

having a football game playing in the background is particularly soothing white noise for me. I think its a leftover from when I was a kid and my dad would watch on Sundays. But I'll watch towards the end of the season sometimes.

I get watching"your team" play or whatever but how these idiots sit ALL DAY and watch the same poo poo over and over baffles me. Each stadium should have like different layouts or obstacles, gladiator style or something. Then it might entertainment.
