Firefox have finally replaced their renderer. The new one is called Servo and it's written in rust. I'm using it now and it feels as fast as chrome, finally. a couple of the fonts look a bit fucky here and there but generally everything seems to be working perfectly i'm hype as hell to finally escape from google's browser

confirmed. latest Firefox is fast it's mostly still gecko but they've got stylo and a few other bits of servo integrated later this year they're adding webrender2 (gpu page renderer) w/ pathfinder (worlds fastest font rasteriser) which will be amazing parallel layout goes in next year

i remember when Firefox used to be cool and good I've always kept a Firefox installation, but this year it finally became sort of incompatible with a bank website and I've no use for it anymore
