It's kind of sad that no matter how much more Descalso does this game it will never be his best postseason game. He's legitimately been one of the 3 most important Diamondbacks tonight and it still doesn't come close to 2012.

I keep remembering the theory that Daniel Descalso is a WW2-era pilot who flew into the Bermuda Triangle and woke up in the Cardinals' minor league system in the 2000's. He just looks like he belongs in a sepia-toned photograph.

The upper graphic on my set has second base as a slightly different shade of grey than first or third. I keep thinking there's a runner on second when the bases are empty and am always surprised when a run doesn't score.
