Otherwise, he might've come up with some thin blue line story about how he had to do it with his brothers in policing. It's waaay less likely to kill anybody, but you see this same behavior with taser use. As in, using violent force not to stop violent force, but to punish someone who is being rude or not complying with unnecessary demands.

One week the eldest, biggest catfish started to swim funny, generally didn't look well. That's when the turtles went from never caring about the catfish to devouring it overnight. Anyway, that's my snapping turtle story, and Shep is an idiot.
