I think that's where they're going with the awkward exchange Sherloque and Nora had at the end of the second(?) episode. Someone in the future gave her the idea to go back in time and its probably a villain or someone else that Barry will not approve of.

Cross over is amazing so far. Oliver getting visibly uncomfortable about how touchy feely and emotionally open Team Flash is was my favorite scene.

I'd like to see smaller cross overs. Cisco and Iris go to Star City to chase down a Flash Rogue, Jimmy goes to Central City and gets turned into a giant turtle monster, Felicty goes Earth 38 and gets abandoned in the Phantom Zone.
