This would've been a lot better if it were Anatoly who betrayed him and he was just bullshitting Oliver about honor and poo poo.

Who's this Diaz guy? His plan makes no sense. This is boring. He's boring. Bring back Prometheus. I don't care if he's dead, that never stopped the writers before.

At least the kid didn't gently caress everything up. I guess. Yet.

And he's really rich and thinks ten steps ahead, which is how he's paying off 90% of the police force and was about to just let Cayden James blow up the city before he unveiled his dubious plan of running it.

Ones where the team splits up over the stupidest reasons while fighting a villain who isn't shown doing anything but everyone talks about how dangerous he is?

Yeah, let's do that after doing the exact opposite last season and everyone loving that.





Also that Diggle vs Oliver fight was so weak. Like, 5 seconds long, and that's it?

Points for showing the vastly superior villain Adrian Chase in the same episode that pretty much everyone calls out Diaz for being a nobody as well.

Hallucination Chase had more of a presence this episode than Diaz has had this entire season.

I did laugh when Curtis tried to guilt Felicity for Oliver putting Rene in the hospital after Rene was the one who, you know, shot Felicity that same night.

Because not one longbow was used this episode. Nor do any of them have the muscle structure to use one to the fullest extent.
