I think the tweet issue comes from there being a deleted tweet on that page. If it can’t render them all properly, it’ll just render the text.

 Hmmmm. Oh right screenshots are PNG. Tried to add a pic of my cat and I get error 100. I think it's HEIC. Not sure that's something you can fix unless there's an API to convert to JPG or whatever.

Did you accidentally brush your finger across the top edge of the screen? Shooting back up to the top as you adjust your grip on your phone is standard (and dumb) iOS behavior.

The app saves the last read position and tries its damndest to return to it in order to defeat all the tweet loading that usually happens after the page signals it's completely done loading. Yeah the button is there, but it’s greyed out, permanently stuck in the on position. I saw some earlier posts in this thread that sounded like “Lowtax wanted people to notice announcements more so deal with it”, which is an acceptable answer I’m willing to live with, I just wanted to know if the button wasn’t some tired goon’s joke I wasn’t aware of.

Having two issues so sorry if this has already been addressed. The first one is that when I click a quoted post to go back to said post and it's on a different page, it won't go to the post and just goes to the top of the page. Is there a fix for this?
