Schneider and Severson injuries perhaps not worth this point.

gently caress Kinkaid looks good though, maybe Rollie is working some magic

interesting that keller took the faceoff on the PP instead of stepan.

also hill looks fine so far. my only knock is it doesn't seem like he understands the instinct of attacking players so he's been easily punked twice.

drat keller with that shot off the pipe too

john moore offensive attributes

- not a good puckmover
- not a good passer
- inexplicably good at shooting the puck

Yeah hopefully his foot doesn't swell too bad. I could see him missing tomorrow.

Hall was a beast tonight, best player on the ice.

that plus the Cubs getting the poo poo kicked out of them is real, real good

Can't really say Hawks deserved more than one tonight, Edmonton was a bit better throughout. Happy to at least get one.

lmao what? The Avs get a lucky rear end goal off the boards then the refs blow an offsides call. The Avs have looked terrible outside their PPs all game

Bummer that game was so close, but a win is a win. Blues need to work on 1) shooting the loving puck when they have good looks and 2) hitting the net when they shoot

Jason Spezza in the neighbourhood of lowest ice time on the team through 2 periods. 6 minutes and 49 seconds played.

Hitchcock does not seem to favor him for the type of game he wants the Stars to play. Spezza is averaging not much over 12-13 minutes a night, with a lot of that being PP time.

I didn't like the contract when it was signed, seemed like too much over 4 years for a player over 30. I wonder if the Stars explore trading him sometime this season given the way his ice time assignments are going.

Coyotes played well enough in both games that they deserved to take 1 of the 2. Bad luck for Arizona to end up with nothing from the back to back.

This was the first game of the year for Dallas that I consider to be really rough.. Hitchcock won't be happy with the effort tonight either, and I'm guessing that a couple guys on the back end might be on their way out of town soon if Hitch has his way.

but you know, now we have a goaltender, ho ho ho.
