Very funny that it was a constant source of debate among Japanese Undertale fans what Sans would use, and then when in the official JP loc, he used "oira," a pronoun mostly used by country hicks and cheesy comedians, they freaked out

Manga are often published in anthology magazines as opposed to individual issues for western comics, and those anthology magazines are very thick with comics, and it's just cheaper to print in black and white on basically toilet paper
