I was filming at a toy auction house for several months last year and there has been a huge jump in the market for all sorts of nerdish collectibles due to the pandemic - Hot Wheels, Matchbox, Star Wars etc People were bored and decided to take up collecting as a hobby, much to the delight of people who had been in the game for a while who saw their sheds full of boxed, mint toys shoot up in value.
