quote:Wrestling Observer/Figure Four- subscribers get 3 Meltzer Podcasts a week, plus more if there's a UFC or a WWE show. Also you get the very funny Bryan and Vinny show that reviews current and old wrestling which is actually good unlike most "2 people watch old wresting" shows. If you factor in getting to read the Observer every week it's probably worth it just for the 3 Meltzer podcasts and everything else is just gravy but there are some people that listen to them all. since we get this question every once in a while Podcast schedule (schedule in Eastern time) Wrestling Observer Radio (hosted by Bryan & Dave) - Tuesday with a Post-Raw recap, Thursday with a new Observer recap, and a weekend recap show. Plus breaking news, interviews, and PPV recaps. Wrestling Observer Live (hosted by Bryan & Mike Sempervive) - Hour long live radio show at 3 PM ET on the weekdays and 6 PM ET on Sundays. Usually posted sometime shortly after the show Bryan & Vinny - Monday, Wednesday (Usually retro Nitro and Raw with their old wrestling buddy Craig), and Friday (the weekly guilt trip by Bryan's granny) Figure 4 Daily - not actually daily, or even weekly at this point. mostly Bryan interviewing people every so often, plus there's some dude who likes to stick shareholder meeting recordings on this feed Filthy 4 Daily - (hosted by Bryan and UFC star Filthy Tom Lawlor) - Weekly, usually on Wednesday. Covers MMA & Smackdown! Live and nominates a Geek of the Week Adam & Mike Big Audio Nightmare- (Whenever, though there's an annual G1 prediction show) Mike Sempervive spends hours talking with Adam about Japanese wrestling and wrestling in general Dragonking Karl Stern - (Biweekly, Wednesdays) Karl is a wrestling historian and spends time breaking down various subjects. During the summer he'll run a marathon with an expedited schedule where episodes are daily. Dr. Keith & Alan - (Biweekly, Saturday) Covers European and International wrestling. Also exists to make you appreciate Bryan's audiophile tendencies. Joh Nason's Punchout - Did we mention they have a strictly an MMA show? They have an MMA show.

PaybackJack posted:Agreed. That he'd want Edge to be in and not want someone like Goldberg is his clear bias for work rate over drawing power. Sting was way better and a bigger draw than Edge too. Goldberg didn't headline a ton of PPVs, and his biggest WCW PPV was down nearly 33% from the year before. (And it wasn't even the largest drawing PPV the company even put on that year)

I think in early 99 he's becoming a born again Christian but this might just be the stint where he did all the drugs that led to him becoming born again. He also takes time off at the end of 99, and then again in mid 2000. It's a shame, his feud with Vampiro was really heating up when they took him off, and it kind of fell off a cliff interest wise when he came bacj.
