Marty and Sarah Love Wrestling on the MLW network is pretty fun and has a refreshingly different format than "wheezing shut-ins talk for 3+ hours". It's basically like Comedy Bang Bang but about wrestling, and it probably has the fewest Bad Opinions out of all the wrestlepods I listen to.

I tried it/accidentally downloaded it a few times. It simply isn't for me and that's okay. But I always hear very nice things about both from fans and indie wrestlers.

Anyway, Facelock Feministas is well worth recommending you are interested in UK Wrestling. Both hosts are American but they in the last year became converts to that scene and are pretty much the face of US Progress. Very intelligent and articulate analysis of Pro Wrestling by two underrepresented voices.

Even you aren't interested show reviews their interviews are quite good standalone podcasts.

No joking around as I feel really mad about it all but I did for the last year or so. Anthem hosed Fight Network up quality and culture wise.

They are basically funding IMPACT with cuts from Fight Network.

I finally caught up on Cornette's appearance on Jericho's podcast and it was a blast, and it was nice to hear Starmaker Kenny there too since for some reason I thought the two had had a real life falling out.

I gave up on the Experience as a regular listen back when he did that episode ranting about Muslims, but there still isn't much better than hearing Cornette enthusiastically explain old school wrestling stuff. His explanation of how to properly work an ether spot was really entertaining.

The Cornette episode was taped like 9 months ago. That's why Bolin is on it.

They are still feuding.

Putting Steve Corino all over the WWE website while apparently under ROH contract was the primary issue and wiped ROH's nose in it.

NXT got pretty lax/brazen in their approaches but ROH could look the other way on private conversations and phone calls but WWE gave them no other choice but to send a legal letter.

"Acts" seems pretty deliberate. He could just say inductees no?

So at least one tag team or non-wrestler is included, right?

I assume Dave Browne given Lance Russell.

Who is Ryan Satin? :shobon:

Ex-TMZ journalist who now runs a Wrestling news site who does break big a lot of big news stories. But he's a bit of dweeb and someone would people would point to as a "whiny millennial" in terms of how he handles criticism/adversity. Him and other people involved in the website are California trust baby types. One of his podcast co-hosts is Jamie Lovine the son of Jimmy Lovine. The co-founder of Interscope Records and chairman of Interscope Geffen A&M. Also founded Beats Electronics with Dr. Dre.

Doesn't really come from an Observer or Torch reading background. So he loses out on that insight on how Wrestling and the Wrestling media works. At the same time, he is closer to younger WWE and indie talent than Meltzer is. Likewise the WWE Creative team.

And he has sued WWE several times for things like employee rights and royalties.

35 is far too young to evaluate a wrestler's career. Not to echo Dylan Hales, but Dave should have raised the age threshold to 45 and 20 years after you started when he made the 50% rule.

As Todd Martin said on his podcast at the Torch. He thinks Meltzer thinks that will kill off/lessen debate on Wrestlers.

Personally, it is obvious Meltzer at the end of the day wants to sell as many newsletters/subs as possible. Discussing wrestlers candidacy when they are most relevant will drive sales of his newsletter.
