Fun fact: There was one LEO for the entirety of Long Island when I got there in March. She left the week I arrived. When I finished my internship in August they still didn't have a replacement

I remember when I was in high school our philosophy class had a Truman Trial, where we were supposed to determine whether Harry Truman's dropping of the atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki would have counted as war crimes. I was selected to be Harry Truman, and on my way to the trial between classes I ran into my AP US History teacher and jokingly asked him what I should say.
