I assume it hasn’t been mentioned because nobody here (including me) has heard of this guy before, but this dude Jason Mitchell was dropped a few days ago by his agency, his management company, and a Netflix movie and a TV show over sexual misconduct allegations. https://deadline.com/2019/05/jason-mitchell-fired-uta-authentic-dropped-the-chi-desperados-misconduct-allegations-1202618811/ According to another article with more details, the misconduct in question is sexual harassment alleged by multiple actresses. One actress he worked opposite apparently went to the producers of the show multiple times to complain about Mitchell’s behavior, and resorted to having her fiance come to the set whenever she was filming with him to try and get him to back off. But he didn’t, and so she told the producers she could no longer work with him and quit. They let her quit rather than firing him. Fair enough, but also I think some posters here are right in assuming that this guy is getting off on this poo poo because of the abuse of power.
