Well we're a team that hasn't played together a whole lot playing a fast game which is counter to most MW styles. I've just seen better talent get outcoached too many times under the last regime to buy in until they show it. This game against UNI was a time to show it and they looked like a sloppy mess. A fan can only hope this loss is a wake up call against slower teams.

Menzies has improved as an Xs and Os guy the past few years, but his strength was always setting up a game, and letting his assistants do small adjustments.
