The contracts look weird because a certain someone has been deeply irresponsible and has taken out a second loan before repaying the first one. The rules of the game are slightly weird in that regard, and say the new loan merges into the old one. On an unrelated note, I've been away, but I'll be at my PC in like half an hour, and can update again.
