Don’t take relic shield anymore on ADC, the shield was removed and the healing is now half for ranged champions. It’s back to Doran’s blade or sometimes Doran’s shield.

It got nerfed because the shield was removed (which was why it was bought mostly) and the healing is now halved for ranged champions and now it just gives you a sightstone so it's basically worthless on a damage dealing champion
