If he places multiple quickly, you know he won't be able to put any more for a while. Especially if you use it when there are minions nearby, you should be able to one shot them. Just be really aware that if you're trying to gank while he has a turret nest that you're basically fighting 2 champs and that he can and will kill the enemy laner and jungler at once
