The case for the acceptability/permissibly of "War Machine" is very hard. You could argue public knowledge of MMA fighter War Machine's deeply savage domestic violence assault of porn star Christy Mack is niche, not mainstream and ever slipping down the Google search results. But isn't something I would want my company associated with. And it doesn't matter to the tag team's success THAT much. Even the word "war" is something WWE might ponder use them.

Even if you came up with "War Machine" out of the blue anyway I think someone has already grabbed it. There so many Wrestling, MMA, apparel, energy drink and outdoor/gun stores floating around now. Most of the best/immediate names are likely already trademarked. Cole, Fish and O'Reilly submitted a zillion faction names and got the freakin "The Undisputed Era" back for example.
