nthing Ubiquiti. Even if you're not technical, everything is very well documented--so long as you're willing to go whole hog on their ecosystem for your setup. If you're concerned about your technical know how and you're not trying to stream 4k video out to your 80" display in the shop, and don't want a project, a powerline adapter is a good bet. Bearing in mind, however, the broadcaster and receiver have to be on the same breaker, which means if you have a subpanel, prob out of luck.
