There was a very brief bit from what I saw where he complains about fat people that try and shame other fat people for losing weight, but it's mostly about him using Adele's extreme weight loss--and admitting that he doesn't really know her situation--as an excuse to talk about how it's not healthy to lose weight too quickly when you're working out because it means you're not getting the right nutrition, that you can't just eat junk food and then do 4 hours of cardio every day because you'll kill yourself, and that weight isn't the only measure of progress so just because the number on the scale isn't going down as fast as you'd like it doesn't mean that you're not improving.
