I added back everyone that added me today, thanks! I tried to send gifts to everyone, hopefully I can keep doing so but my inventory is over full right now from level up rewards so it will be harder to get enough to keep sending them (and receiving them  )I assume that my coins should just go to inventory expansion for a while?

I have a weird question. I was looking through my mons last night so I could cull some of the herd (I was at 298/300) and I noticed that I have 28 larvitar candy. Thing is...I've never actually encountered a larvitar and the one I have came from an egg. Where did all this candy come from?

I got an ex pass for one of the gyms at work but it's for sunday afternoon  Also how does trading work, do I just pick a friend and put something in there and hope they'll send me something back? It sounds more like people are using that random swap thing from one of the previous games when they talk about trading.

Trades are nice for the occasional pokedex entry and every once in a while you can make a legitimate trade of useful pokemon that both people will use, but mostly it's just sending trash back and forth to get extra candy or luckies. Thanks for the expanded explanation, still a little confusing but I'll figure it out. I assume I should just wait to trade with someone until we're level 3 friends to save the stardust cost?
