Think that's a western silvereye or jilwidilang. They're cute as hell and fly around in small flocks. Like hanging out in vines along walls at least in my yard.

They look like Indian Myna birds They have migrated to loads of places from Asia are considered an invasive pest in lots of places such as here in Australia. They are noisy and aggressive, I have personally seen 3 of them attack a kookaburra on a few occasions now and knock it off it’s perch.

 While out for a bit of exercise I met a man who was riding around picking flowers for his bike buddies to eat. We stayed a very safe social distance from each other but his lorikeets were very talkative and liked his meals.
