UX has bar none the most unique and interesting overall cast in the series, in my books. And that was a ridiculously bizarre but hype prologue, even though it was tempered by starting off with Frontier and Destiny (I'm a big fan of Fafner but most probably wouldn't see it as helping the game immediately hook you). Kind of a shame that the visuals can be a little stiff and janky, and the audio quality is...bizarre, with ripped audio sometimes sounding like you put a microphone in the same room as the 3DS.
