People connecting to our webapp from Arkansas are getting timeouts every now and then. Please check their network and see where the latency issues are. That's all the information I've been given, I pushed back to at least get a phone number or an IP address, twice, while still getting daily annoyances about this issue. Management "Well people in California don't see this kind of latency so it must not be an issue with the network traffic! Stuff from farther away works so stuff closer must work better right?"
