HM: Roppongi 3K vs. The Young Bucks, NJPW The New Beginning in Sapporo Night 2, 1/28 I liked it. Good storytelling with Matt’s back injury, RP3K are good heels, overall a lot better than their Dome match tbh. Entertaining as gently caress, made up for the disappointing main.

WMOTYC: Universal Title match, 1/28/18 They tried to gimmick the hell out of this match to overcome the limitations of the guys in the match and it still dragged very badly and ended on a wet fart.

I’d go MotY for both Rumbles. This match has been so flawed and bad this decade, seeing two great ones in a night was a joy. Obviously, neither will be ahead of Gargano vs Almas at the end of the year, but I think it’s feasible that both will be in the wwe top five come the end of the year.

MOTYC Almas vs Gargano, TakeOver Philadephia HM Aleistee Black vs Adam Cole, Takeover Philadelphia HM Women's Royal Rumble, RR 2018 HM Men's Royal Rumble, RR2018 Both rumbles were fun but I think I actually enjoyed the women's one more. Botchy but very entertaining indeed.
