If you have cable internet and coaxial cables running in your house you can extend ethernet to anywhere you have a coaxial cable using MoCA adapters. This might be helpful to get an ethernet drop closer to your system so you can set up another wireless router or repeater, or maybe even run the ethernet directly to your console. Works similarly to the powerline adapters. You will need additional coaxial cables so keep that in mind.
