I really liked the news commentary peppered throughout the episode. "Why is it when they get someone in a costume, they're a superhero, yes when we get one, they're a vigilante?" was pretty good. poo poo got pretty intense with both police encounters too, and I wasn't expecting someone to ever be used as a human shield on a CW show (well, outside of that middle east combat zone show).

I just love how physically imposing he is. When BL was walking down the hallway in Lala's penthouse, his shoulders were drat near touching both walls. Dude's built like a brick shithouse.

The guy playing Lala is so loving good, I'm really glad they brought him back. The talent on this show is stacked like crazy. Their music selection's on point too. Never thought I'd hear a Kevin Gates track on a DC CW show.

An episode or two back, was it my imagination, or did Anissa/Thunder take a bullet to the head and it ricocheted off? That'd be a trip if Black Lightning's daughters are bullet proof, but he isn't.
