I remember the specific match that completely soured me on Goto was hist match against Okada, when he came out in a white outfit. He's in a 30 minute main even spot with one of the best workers on the planet, and he puts in the same level of performance as a midcard, single-cam G1 match. Another great example is the recent press conference with EVIL. EVIL is working to sell himself and his whole aura, and Goto is just kinda there and gave a kinda generic promo. I remember the EVIL/Okada title match the same way, kinda underwhelming.
