Do the clubs offer the Women's teams injury rehab and all the medical trimmings, or do they have to pay for procedures out of pocket to get game ready?

I tried this and found that it became way harder, if not impossible, to enjoy as a neutral supporter when your team has no skin in the game at all - eg that who you are watching is a future opponent and/or the results could impact your ladder position.
