They used to live in a really gross squat in Pittsburgh. They were one of the people behind TXTMob to organize protests around the 2004 RNC/DNC, then they signed some kind of contract with Twitter and cashed out at the first opportunity. Now they have old growth live edge tables that cost thousands of dollars, so they're certainly something couldn't say weather typical or a-typical.
