good friend of mine (and goon) was just in an elevator accident at work. he was going out for coffee and the elevator fell a few floors. he's walking and is not sure how hurt he is.

FUN FACT: the elevator was last inspected 375 days ago and requires yearly inspection, so he's probably "got a case" he's currently sitting in the coffee shop on the ground floor trying to figure out how bad shape he is actually in (no cuts/broken bones/head injuries), worried about knees/neck/back

re therapy: my therapist has been trying to talk me into a partial hospitalization program but can't really force it cause I'm not a suicide risk. I should probably do it but it seems like such a fuckin hassle to get all the temporary disability paperwork together
