Yeah, I couldn't see the details on my phone and just noticed a few of the real vibrant colors. Those all look really neat. I especially like the ones with a lot of blacked in negative space.

Haven't drawn anything in a minute since work's had me burned out for the past... couple of years. :sigh: My roommate asked him to draw his album artwork though and ended up busting this out over the weekend.

Still a WIP. I wish I wasn't so slow getting through my commissions.

How's the abyss-staring treating ya? Getting any starebacksies or did you straight up tell the furries you're not doing porn?
If the commissions are taking too long, start charging more. Adds to the motivation, and also you gotta respect your time.

Cool poo poo all around, but I gotta ask: how'd you pick the text bits? Stuff you hear while drawing or stuff that pops in your head?

Hey what up work-slump buddy! I didn't art for FIIIIVE YEAAAAARS when I started working but you quickly claw it all back when you start going again. Welcome back to The ArT Z0n3! :c00l: Did your roommate just tell you "album art plz" or did he ask for the specific scene?

I could not get cool suplexes out of my head - thanks my buddy Superfly - and I needed to draw one.

Pretty well, actually. I'm upfront about not doing porn commissions and I've had nothing but good customers and good interactions with people watching my stuff. Furries are alright.

I mess around with my prices a lot, honestly. I just lowered them a little recently, and I filled up a bunch of commission slots. No idea if those two things are connected, but probably not. I'll probably figure something out eventually.

mostly it just pops up in my head u know, I like playing around with words.
Some are contextual to stuff going on when i was drawing. "a big cup of disgusting coffee"- I was at starbucks.
"høylytte spansker" (loud spaniards) some spanish tourists were crowding my favourite drawing spot and talking way more loudly than they actually had to to hold a conversation.
"porque" -why are you speaking so loudly??

Most of it is just dumb jokes i amuse myself with (piece of bass), or stuff i imagine a character i draw would say (WHAT DID YA SAY?).
Thanks ppl who said cool stuff about my drawings! :downs:

Ha, thanks. He sent me a sketch of the concept and I ran with it. Here's what he was envisioning originally.

I say lean hard into the titflaps and add some nips. Someone needs to balance out the amount of balloon-tits being drawn on Bowser right now.

I'm gonna hire someone to do backgrounds for me.

Bg work is tough and super annoying. I've been forcing myself to get back into it a bit lately, give my work more context. Should really just work on doing interesting landscapes. Currently I'm kinda stuck doing super flat plains/planes and it's not terribly compelling.

On the fence with saggy llama tittyflaps. I'll try a few different iterations when my dog's not being all cute, cuddly, and laying on my lap.

Unfortunately I have no computer these days. I could make a lil flip book or something though. Would be pretty drat tedious, but totally worth it.

No art is too terrible to post.

Well then here is a selection of terrible birds and mammals!

I started drawing again after a few years of hiatus, here's what I got so far!

For these first color drawings I was using some old Prismacolors I had from when I took an art class. Then I decided that I shouldn't waste the quality stuff on beginner material, so I switched to some truly ancient Crayola color pencils I've had since I was a kid.

The tit was my first crack at using Crayolas in ~10 years. It...could've gone better. Also, iridescence is hard :eng99:

 Well hello sexy lady!
It does take a while to get used to not looking at what you're doing where your hands are, but where things are happening. It helps a bit if your tablet has a big enough draw area ('round a4 is what I'm used to) that you can move your hand in bigger gestures. If your hands are getting cold, are you keeping your tablet on the desk? I hold mine in the lap, that way I can rest my arms against my legs and adjust the angle I'm drawing at by propping the tablet up with my leg or by shoving it against the edge of the desk.
Either way, don't feel too bummed if you can't get it feeling right. If it's not fun to do, it's not worth the trouble. LIKE OILS.

Plz waste all the quality stuff you can on yourself. It's a bad habit trying to save your materials for something good because you'll end up with a collection of expensive poo poo you don't wanna use 'cause it was expensive. It's meant to be used, it is a consumable! Plus your results may vary wildly depending on materials. Like looking here, the colour slide from light to dark blue on the back of the the Lady Amherst Pheasant is lovely and smooth, whereas the blue on the Black-Bellied Starling is a lot patchier. Also I love the Fairy Wren going through mitosis. Fluffy birbs :3:

For me, nighttime exercise:
