It has it's moments but the bad outweigh the good. Like, the first couple of episodes, you think it's about this cool goth lady with a shotgun Blade-Running a domed dystopia. Then it turns into bipolar Tenchi (who occasionally transforms into a Cool Dude) and his teddy-bear-pajama-wearing lolibot.
