did you like the azim steppe? between bardam's mettle and the big musou solo instance (next to The Bridge of the High Rule Warriors lol) i think its a pretty good zone

The Azim Steppe subplot falls apart if you think about it too hard but everything you do in it is so fun that I can't say I really care. That's a good summary of the Stormblood plot overall I think. Full of plotholes and things that don't make sense but you don't care because all the individual pieces are great.

Somewhere around 3.4 I decided I was being a big dumb idiot and started actually reading the MSQ.

I can see why that game is so popular, but the art style seems weirdly inconsistent for no reason I can discern. If you're gonna do pixel art then make everything be pixel art, imo
