I know that the US doesn't give a poo poo about workers rights, and that the UFC could cut her and get away with it, but that wouldn't stop her from litigating over it. Much of this is about what ends up in front of judges where.

if I understand correctly, she wouldn't even be cut. they just wouldn't offer a new contract. same thing that happened to rory and mousasi, so it would be a tough legal leg to stand on. also, i'm pretty sure most courts would still see an mma fighter as a MONSTER in a VICIOUS BLOODSPORT
