In the starter town I get 40fps at 2560x1600, gtx 970 & 8700k. All minimum settings. Seems this game wants something better hardware wise.

Thanks, I'll try fullscreen next. My first experience was getting my rear end handed by that drunk Kunesh? so I ran away. I then tried to steal his (my) axe instead but got caught and sent to jail. I died in jail, game over. Feels like 90's are back!
