Well?

One time I left the bags full and they just didn't put new sacks in, so the next time I left the sack dripping out the cuppoard so they couldn't pretend. They then emptied the trash sometimes and sometimes not.

Am I being an rear end in a top hat or are they not supposed to take out a kitchen trash can bag?
