Then as I got older my interests shifted from wanting to be a rider to being a team owner.

I haven't been following testing enough, but is there any evidence that Ducati has gotten better on their 'bogey' tracks? If they can be more competitive on those weak tracks Dovi will have a good shot. One of these days Marquez is going to have a crash he doesn't just pop up from. I wonder if Petrucci / Crutchlow losing weight is something to do with that. Anything they can do to increase tire life. I thought that move Marquez did at the first corner of lap 5 when he clearly missed his braking point and nearly hit both Rossi and Zarco, then nearly hit the apex was a thing of beauty.

It's cause when you know one guy is head and shoulders above the others it makes it seem unfair, like he has to be handicapped in some way to give the others a chance. Dovi is the greatest working man's hero ever holy poo poo. A mortal ascended to Olympus at last.

Which he fully deserves. 2mil vs Lorenzo's 12mil. Just fire Lorenzo and give Dovi 14mil and make Ducati into a one bike manufacturer team. Don't even try and tell me it's been anything but!!!!
