The only thing I didn't like about it was the fact that I'm now 100% caught up and it is no longer "Thursday everyday" anymore.

Orion is the reason I nearly quit on this show, I've been wanting to start at the beginning again but just wondering if I can tolerate his bullshit a second time. Him trying to trade the circlet of concentration off Scanlan while Sam is away and him forcing Sam to trade it the next week even though I don't think he really wanted to and the stupid face he'd make whenever Matt forgot about it thereafter. Whenever that would have been useful for Scanlan later in the campaign I always thought "gently caress you Tiberius" and when he hosed with Laura's shot with telekinesis when she rolled insanely high and totally ruining her moment, just wtf man there was no way she would have missed when she rolled over 30...

Would Cad even be able to commune with the wild mother while in a lovecraftian city sitting in the Astral Sea? Also how effective would the dome be if the entire city is alive? Its still just a dome and can you really trust the floor in that place?

Hulk Smash! posted:9. Not a single moment but every single Sending spell I think this is what I'm going to miss the most when the campaign ends tsob posted:Edit: I'm watching the Jester Cupcake video again now too, and man, Laura does such a great job selling the "helpless little girl" thing so Matt'll underestimate her and miss what she's doing. Taliesin and Beau are really buying her act too, and both react so completely differently to it as well. It's great. Poor Marisha, she was so ready to retire Beau in that moment, and Laura just upends everything so completely that Marisha is just sat back stewing in her brooding and trying to make sense of what it means for her while everyone else is just laughing with shock/joy. I saw one that had the chat reaction to it and it just exemplifies how bad the chat really is. All the people falling for it and whinging that Laura is about to ruin her character and "if she goes through with it they'll stop watching" and then BAM the perfect example of why they just need to STFU and let the players play the drat game.

Antifa Spacemarine posted:I actually really liked C2's guests much more. They stuck around for entire mini arcs and were characters in themselves. The C1 guests always felt like a dead episode because this rando who will leave after this episode grabs the spotlight. The nadir of guest characters was Gern Blanston, while Reani and Keg/Nila were great. The only good thing about Gern was Vex stealing his broom right in front of him Nila was brilliant, Twiggy was also pretty fun. Wasn't really a fan of Calianna but its probs just because I think the guy playing her has an annoying voice.

A god in an ancient Greek or Roman play that suddenly appears in the storyline in order to solve a problem or decide an outcome. The Latin phrase translates to "god from a machine," referring to the machinery that lowered it onto the stage. I guess at the very least its just Latin for machine? and Vox means voice/noise So "Vox Machina" basally translates to "Noise Machine" which is also a pretty good description of a voice actor lol and "Hot Machine" is what Devexian was Dragonstoned fucked around with this message at 13:30 on Jul 23, 2021 |

I mean apart from Liam, the cast of EXU are all millennials so it checks out...

I think everything "game related" should be spoiler tagged and clearly marked in the TV show thread (C1 Spoiler)Vecna wins and everyone dies (and then lives again because Vecna...) (C2 Spoiler)Jester's mom is the best lay ever The MCUTV thread was having a similar issue in that people were spoiler tagging the new movies but not labelling it clearly. So you think you're going to be looking at something from the latest episode that aired but whoops it was for that movie you've not seen yet... I dunno, but I'm sure smarter people then me will figure it out
