Remember when The Revival and DIY were putting on clinics? God has Raw made them look like poo poo.

Its just flat out a bad story. When it comes down to it Romans promo is about how it isn't fair and he is going to sternly talk to management until they make it fair. Being the work snitch is never going to get over. You're especially not going to make it get over when your opponent is a dude who is famous for telling bosses and sponsers to gently caress off. The story just makes Roman look uncool.

Some of the places I go for Raw reviews really liked last night's show, and I'm utterly baffled. The power of Braun killin' dudes, I guess.

Honestly it was a decently serviceable show that was bookended by two horrible segments. I can see how a less critical eye could like the show.

Someone mentioned not wanting to put up with having to keep track of weekly NJPW and I just wanted to say that you really don't need to. They have a big show every month and then a few tournaments each year. Each show is split into a set of multiman matches and then a few singles/title matches. You can very easily get away with only watching the second half of each show and be able to follow everything. The amount of wrestling you consume is a lot less then WWE but the quality is generally a lot higher compared to watching weekly WWE.
