How's that Goofy Movie blu ray? Did Disney gently caress it up like they do with so many of the old movies?

It looks fine. Just a 2.0 audio track, but that sounds fine. No extras.

I just bought that Vampire's Kiss/High Spirits double feature on Amazon the other day. Thank God. I need to share it with everyone.

The Incredible Melting Man is a pretty good blu-ray, too. If you really want to own a special edition of a movie featured on MST3K.

No. I got the 4K because it was $7 and I'd never bought the blu-ray before. But if you already have the blu-ray, there's no point. 4K doesn't look great, and all the extras are on the blu-ray anyway.

Wal-Mart has a bunch of Shout Select and Scream Factory blu-rays for between $9.99 and $12.96 right now. I picked up Cobra, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Big Trouble in Little China, and Firestarter for real cheap. Also saw the three-disc edition of The Thing and a few others.

I've read the blu-ray.com reviews of these and they're far from glowing, and they're the special editions rather than the original theatrical versions I prefer, but at $13 a pop, I figured why not and ordered the original trilogy on UHD.

SOLO is never included in these sales for some reason. I'd buy SOLO for $13.

Looks like the 1989/1991 cuts are branched on a bonus 4K disc.

honestly pretty pumped to have multiple cuts of Godfather III.
