I start the day drinking exactly one gallon of pure maple syrup. Later in the afternoon I typically consume one complete gallon of Hellman's REAL Mayonnaise. In the evenings I pop open a warmed, 1 gal canister of stadium cheese sauce with a yellowed photograph of nacho chips on the front. Before bed time I like to settle down by sipping one gallon of delicious Gordon Food Service authentic peanut butter.

The gallon as a unit is really the perfect snack size as it was shaped after the human tummy. You'd do well to fill it to capacity EACH time you ingest to keep it flexible and strong.
