Youtube recomended me a 'takedown stream' on that recent Quinton joke video he did about vidcon. It is amazing how joyless and miserable these people are, just the nastiest most miserable pieces of poo poo with a platform. Although I did draw energy from all the people in the commdnts who were super mad that their favorite youtuber made a 5 second cameo in a joke vid they didn't find funny. The format really does seem to be that the video they cover is really just there so they have someone to onesidedly bully as a backstop to their own assinine conversation because their own personalities can't sustain the billions of hours of poo poo they inexplicably pump out.

You can look at the views on most playlists even in major channels and you can see by part, like, three things start to taper off.

Ugliness in video games is interesting in part I guess because the expectations of length placed upon the medium kind of make it hard to really commit to a more uncomfortable style. Dog Days might of had the right idea in being only about 4 hours long, but that's the kind of length that falls short from what most people expect from a game. On the other hand, anything longer, and the initial shock risks wearing off, leading to a sort of desensitisation produced by the repetitive nature of a gameplay loop.
