Watched the hbomb video on speedruns. I know they do some nice charity things but speedrunners really seem like the majority to be broken with severe emotional issues and similar to obsessive compulsive disorder. That weird guy freaking out because a load screen took too long and then orgasming when he did something fast just seems hosed up to me.

I remember there was a taint of desperation as each subsequent one came out and where everyone was hoping it wouldn't be as terrible as the last. I was 23 and when Episode 1 came out.

People forgot it was for kids or something (myself included). If you look at them purely through the lens of kids movies then you don't mind that they are horrible movies because they're for kids. If you're not a kid then you won't like them. Kinda like all the people who like the DCU movies because they like the crappy cartoons.

Maybe i'm missing something but wasn't the whole thing about her struggling through the airforce and then not being able to even fly because of sexism, so she went to a private company as a test pilot. Not sure how that's oorah for the airforce.
