I mean it's a thing that a chud making a bad opinion into a video can do it in 5 minutes because that's the thing with terrible opinions, they're not based on fact so they don't need sources, difficult to grasp concepts or logical consistency, you just poo poo out your "feminism causes cancer" hot take and move on. There's only two ways to counter that, make an equally short "no it doesn't, look at this dingus" rebuttal, which isn't going to interest the people who agree or convince the people that don't. Or, take the thing apart, closing off as many "yeah but what if" counter arguments within the video as you can. That can sometimes mean explaining some really difficult stuff, which can come over dry and boring as it balloons the length of the video. So then it comes to "how do we present this in a way that's entertaining" and before you know it you're doing skits or wearing costumes or whatever and you essentially have, well, breadtube. So yeah being wrong just lends itself to conciseness, which makes people like PJW outliers but sometimes people are just rambling idiots, what you gonna do Edit I guess there's outliers on the left too, beau of the fifth column tend to run short? Arist posted:Watched this one earlier and it goes all the way. Really love the way it ends, manages to put into words something I'd realized for years but been unable to express nearly as well. Agreed, and anyone thinking of skipping on this for length or skipping to the end, don't spoil it for yourself. It's a killer punch but it feels way more satisfying for the hour of run-up.
