This is a pretty great little mock draft website. Post ur mocks. Post the Mockiest mocks you got.

I got greedy hoping Scales would drop to round 7 after seeing he was way down the list in round 5 and the fricking 49ers got him. Otherwise relatively happy with this draft.

Boy some of these drafts I ran turned out to be really suspect. I think you need to run these with the "Difficult" algorithm to get anything resembling sensible.

This is what I got after fiddling with it a few times to make sure that you didn't have crazy poo poo happening and players dropping multiple rounds, or Shaquem Griffin being picked up in the second.

I only drafted through the fourth:

quote:

14: R1P14 DL VITA VEA WASHINGTON

45: R2P13 CB MIKE HUGHES CENTRAL FLORIDA

76: R3P12 DL DERRICK NNADI FLORIDA STATE

101: R4P1 CB QUENTON MEEKS STANFORD

133: R4P33 OT ALEX CAPPA HUMBOLDT STATE

In the process I learned quite a bit about Nnadi, Meeks, and Cappa. I'm a big believer in having a fearsome defensive line anchoring the rest of the defense which is why I'm comfortable picking up Vea and Nnadi despite having Clark/Daniels/Wilkerson already on the line -- besides, Wilkerson is on only a one-year contract, and I believe Vea has the ability to play multiple positions on the line.

Cowboys will almost certainly draft a WR in the first two rounds. Ridley is the type of receiver who suits Dak's playstyle very well. Shepard is a physical marvel who tore it up against poo poo competition, and Dallas probably won't resign David Irving for whatever dumb reason. Jewell fills a gaping hole at LB. Cichy will be good if his knee doesn't explode again. Bates is a centerfielder. Senat is an anvil in the middle of the line. Smith is the third down receiving back the team craves. The others are just depth picks.

Pretty happy with the draft, but there is still a massive hole at left guard. All of these players will probably go earlier than I selected them. That's the mark of any good fanspeak mock.

I did a mock while I was bored about a week or so ago and the name Gauden came up and I was like "I know that guy I think he's good."

So I picked him and googled him later and realize the reason I remembered his name was because he flipped off the Alabama student section during a game. Needless to say this did not make me regret my selection.

The Browns took Okoronkwo at 4 and Chubb fell to 13 in mine, even on difficult. Although I suppose that's a pretty Browns move for the Browns.

My bad hypothetical Panthers draft:

24: R1P24 WR COURTLAND SUTTON

You guys are doing difficult right

El Gallinero Gros

I did a normal one got Saquon Barkley at #9, as well as Cal Ridley in the 2nd round, so here's my difficult

R1P9 Tremaine Edmunds, LB, Virginia Tech (I'd be pretty happy if they ended up with this guy on draft day, seems like one of the more sure things)
R2P27 Nick Chubb, RB, Georgia (kind of a risk but picking a RB who hosed his chance of being a lottery pick with a serious knee injury worked out well for SF last time)
R3P6 James Washington, WR, OK State (fast as gently caress and doesn't seem to have dropsies)
R3P10 Breeland Speaks, EDGE, Ole Miss (helping out pass rush is good! he was the best edge available
R4P28 M.J. Stewart, CB, NC State (seems like a solid CB who will probably be a decent nickel guy at worst)
R5P6 Colby Gossett, G, Appalachian State (I don't love this pick tbh but he was the highest ranked G available)
R6P10 Keke Coutee, WR, Texas Tech (great hands! SF could use a possession guy)
R7P5 Dorian O'Daniel, LB, Clemson (described as a "madman on special teams" which is the kind of guy that you should be trying to find in round 7 if you're being realistic)
R7P22 Ryan Izzo, TE, Florida State (Blocking TE. SF has a small RB and it's a good idea to create as many holes for him as possible)

I based my picks on scouting reports and what FanSpeak had as needs 100%. So my focuses were a mish-mash of BPA and who was available and what their reports said, I don't know poo poo about college football (I know Barkley ain't falling to the Niners and neither is Ridley in the 2nd round, though). Given what happened with Reuben Foster, Edmunds seemed like a combo of BPA AND addressing a need. If you guys know more about who I picked by all means tell me stuff.

Here's the most drafted player by users for every team. Interesting the guy who shows most is Tremaine Edmunds. I also just found out he's Ferrell Edmunds kid', and Ferrell was a pretty good WR (and a monster on Tecmo Bowl)

More and more, I think he's the pick for the Bears. Pace loves him his measureables and linebacker is the biggest weakness on the team.
