I have a feeling they'll move Asuka as a heavy hitter to Smackdown, probably to eventually continue her feud with Charlotte (probably with the roles reversed, Charlotte being the challenger, Asuka being the champion), and then move over Dana and someone from Absolution to balance it out somewhat.

Wouldn't be shocked if someone from Absolution is sent over to Smackdown tonight. If I had to hazard a guess who goes over on the female side, it would be Asuka, Mickie James, and either Sonya or Mandy (not both!)

Just a PSA about that Uproxx article. The guy who was cited, Brad Shepard has broken a few scoops, the XFL and HOF stuff, but otherwise his credibility is pretty much non-existent. To give you an idea of how bad he can be, he occasionally writes "scoops" for The Dirty Sheets. Which is a site ran by Billi Bhatti. That should tell you everything you need to know about Brad.

Yeah it's been brought up elsewhere (and maybe even here), but there is a severe lack of credible heels for the Smackdown Women's Division. The IIconics will be jobbers within one or two months most likely, Carmella is basically the definition of a transitional champion for either Asuka or Charlotte (if they decide to put the title back on her), and Absolution is just slightly above jobber status.
