e: a quick (and horrific) googling didn't get it, but it was some blog post about a dude that started taking it and then ate a whole pepperoni pizza secure in the knowledge Alli was keeping him from getting fat.

The next morning he got up and "farted," instead squirting a pint of oil out of his rear end. He was so traumatized he took the day off work and posted about it on the internet.
